Holiday Update!

Me on Halloween with a some candy a parent made for me. Representing Vikings on my shirt. We made playoffs this year!

The middle of Horacio's Sub Zero costume creation for Halloween.

I think this picture is endlessly funny. Horacio as Clark Gable.

And then we just kept playing and painting.

The Pizza Patron was taking a shower!

I tried to sell these on my Etsy...but I think Emilio got attached to these kitties.

Turns out the Cold War Kids are sort of dumb.

Update

Hmmm....Abby may be the only author here.

Lots to update soon as far as pictures go...

Currently, Horacio and Abby are planning a trip to Austin this weekend. The Fiesta Texas idea is out for now, due to a friend's last-minute cancellation. Boo on them.

We're definitely planning on seeing a show...The Cold War Kids, and going to Ikea, at Abby's insistence. Hehe.

Happy Birthday Abby

Horacio is still sick, and shared! Abby is now sick as well... As you can see, one of his methods for a fast recovery is wrapping himself like the Unibomber in a burrito. Doubles as a Halloween costume.

Abby working hard on opening some family prezs. She truly enjoyed every single little item in her pack from her family. Horacio was the photodocumentarian.

Abby & Horacio's friends (Jake & Alana) had a little Sunday b-day bbq...more pix later! By cocking her head, she is attempting to pick up some radio waves....hehe.

Boo.

"Que tienes, Horacio?"

Sniffles, sneezes, and scratchy throat.

A Free Thursday

Since Horacio has to work Saturday (manager man, hehe), he got the day off. Abby, having worked 2 months without relief, took the day off, too, as she is Horacio's little shadow. They decided to hit some vintage stores to look for some 80s threads for H's Prince costume for Halloween. Abby gets on vintage stuff like a fly on crap! Sounds like the makes for a great day!

Horacio taking us for a trip downtown.
A tree where the the Virgin Mary was supposed to have appeared.
Abby & new camera (plus Virgin Mary tree)
Best finds of the day come from here...
Bursting with old stuff.
"What do you mean it's sold out?"
View of Downtown Brownsville on a lovely October day.

"Ay! A store just for me!"

Horacio's new dead style.
Gas prices below $3.00? No way. I must be in a economy-induced coma.

Picking up some Pizza Patron

Hmmmm...Horacio bears a striking resemblance to the Patron!
